This website is run by AccomOps. We are responsible for the personal details you send us here. You can reach us about privacy through our contact page.

What we collect

When you use the enquiry form we collect your name, your work email address, and anything else you choose to give us: your phone number, your property or council, your role, the number of rooms and your message.

We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers on this website.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, arrange a demo if you asked for one, and follow up about AccomOps. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Your enquiry is sent to the AccomOps team through the service we use to receive website enquiries. Our hosting provider processes the request when you submit the form. These providers act on our instructions and may only use your details to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond and follow up. If you do not become a customer, we delete your enquiry within 24 months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. Contact us through our contact page and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The AccomOps product

This notice covers this website only. Resident and placement data held in the AccomOps product is covered by the agreement between AccomOps and each provider.
