What does onboarding cover?

We set up your property, import your current rooms, rates and residents, and train your staff on their own shifts. It is charged once, at checkout.

Do councils pay to use the portal?

No. Council access is included for every authority you work with.

Can we change plan or cancel?

Yes. Move up or down a plan as you grow, or cancel your subscription. Tell us and we will make the change.
